This poster promotes a comprehensive student-led, faculty-guided orientation program for Masters of Education in Educational Leadership students at Vancouver Island University, designed to foster a sense of community and belonging, and assist international students with cultural adjustment. The poster highlights the orientation program's topics, benefits, and logistics. This poster won the VIU SRCA Award at the 2023 CREATE Conference.
