Abstract
Stakeholders in our virtual classroom project agree that the experiment with content development and delivery using a synchronous tool provided a valuable learning opportunity, with many of the learning points unanticipated. In the Library, our experiences have been applied in subsequent content development for online delivery in an asynchronous mode, and have influenced our thinking about how we might use a synchronous application in future.
