Abstract
At present, the competitive environment is increasingly uncertain and complex. Society and economy suffer rapid and extensive developments associated with globalization. The characteristics of today's markets make it increasingly difficult to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage over the time for companies, for what it is necessary to innovate in ways of management and government to be competitive. An example of this reality is the co-operation among co-operatives. From this structure, we will study how to implement innovations in the organization to better manage the company. In particular we will focus on the strategic change that takes place in the organization considering the approach of the stakeholders, seeking a balance between the objectives of these stakeholders that are members of the company, to adapt to the continuous changes that are produced in the environment and to achieve the survival of the organization. Our aim is to manage the organizational innovation to adapt co-operation among cooperatives to the changing environment, focusing on changes that affect the organization and enable the company to implement a model of management based on the coordination of the stakeholders in order to attenuate conflicts and to generate value for the organization.
